Email Campaign Specialist  

The Email Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing daily, triggered, and promotional email sends through Adobe Campaign. This role ensures that all marketing communications are properly configured, thoroughly tested, and successfully delivered to our global customer base. You will work closely with developers, database administrators, and marketing teams (both onshore and offshore teams) to ensure accurate data usage, seamless deployment, and optimal deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Creation & Execution

• Build, configure, and deploy email campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
• Implement personalization, segmentation, automation logic, and delivery settings.
• Conduct comprehensive QA checks: proofs, link testing, rendering tests, and data validation.
• Ensure on-time, error-free email launches.

Workflow & Automation Management

• Create and maintain workflows for segmentation, automations, and data flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or delivery issues.
• Enhance workflow templates and improve automation efficiency.

Delivery & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor delivery logs, IP health, throttling schedules, and processing times.
• Identify and resolve dispatch bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with technical teams on deliverability and MTA performance.

Optimization & Reporting

• Generate and analyze post-campaign reports.
• Recommend optimizations for engagement and deliverability.
• Support A/B testing, segmentation improvements, and documentation maintenance.

Other Tasks

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support departmental goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in email marketing operations, CRM systems, or marketing automation

Must have experience in the following:

1. Adobe Campaign / Neolane Platform
2. Email QA and testing (rendering checks, link validation, personalization proofreading)
3. Email workflow/automation setup
4. Basic HTML & CSS for email structure and troubleshooting
5. Basic SQL concepts
