- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain Management business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting solutions.
- Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, or Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an advantage.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, and solution workshops with stakeholders.
- Configure and implement D365 F&O modules based on project and business requirements.
- Prepare functional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and process flows.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and defect resolution activities.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post go-live support.
- Advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.
- Support data migration, system integration, and upgrade activities.
- Manage functional deliverables and mentor junior consultants when required.
