Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, analyzing marketing data, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Create compelling marketing content for social media, email campaigns, website, and other digital platforms
- Design and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign metrics to optimize performance and ROI
- Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies
- Write and edit marketing copy for various channels (blogs, newsletters, website content)
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Support email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation and campaign development
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs and campaign performance
- Coordinate with external vendors for marketing material production
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Support the development and execution of content marketing strategy
- Maintain marketing calendar and campaign schedules
- Research and implement marketing automation tools and technologies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through marketing channels
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Experience with marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms is a plus
