Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze, design, and optimize ERP workflows and configurations based on business needs, primarily using Odoo.
- Lead and support full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, user testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Configure Odoo modules without coding, aligning system behavior with business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver timely and efficient solutions.
- Provide functional expertise across key business areas:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
- Make-to-Stock (MTS) / Make-to-Order (MTO)
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a System Analyst, specifically in ERP environments, Must familiar with Odoo.
Experience in handling at least one end-to-end ERP implementation project (from initiation to go-live).
Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules:
Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, Project.Ability to configure and tailor Odoo workflows to fit business requirements without the need for coding.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise between business users and technical teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum project teams is a strong plus.
