Senior Growth  

The Senior Growth/Growth Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the expansion and success of a financial technology company. This individual is responsible for:

• identifying and leveraging opportunities to grow the business, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The Growth Lead works closely with cross-functional teams to execute plans that enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities within the organization or from industries for both existing and new products.
• Create strategies for new products or experiments, covering ideation, partner selection, business models, go-to-market plans, and all aspects of the 0 to 1 phase.
• Lead new business initiatives or experiments by developing comprehensive strategies and validating ideas through A/B testing.
• Establish success and failure criteria for each new initiative or experiment.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure growth initiatives align with business and product priorities.
• Possess strong project management and communication skills to effectively manage complex projects and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a growth-related role, preferably within the financial technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
