The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Change Management team you will develop and deliver change management strategies that facilitate successful transitions for various lines of services. As a Senior Associate you will leverage your knowledge to guide clients through complex changes, fostering relationships and driving adherence to risk management protocols. This position empowers you to be a trusted advisor, playing a key role in the growth strategy of the organization while enhancing your skills in stakeholder engagement and organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement impactful change management strategies

- Guide clients through transitions while securing compliance with protocols

- Cultivate sturdy relationships to enhance stakeholder engagement

- Leverage knowledge to address complex organizational changes

- Act as a trusted advisor in the growth strategy of the organization

- Analyze and interpret data to inform change initiatives

- Mentor junior staff to build their capabilities

- Maintain a focus on risk management throughout projects

Kualifikasi Minimum

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3 years of experience in change management function

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a relevant field

- Prosci or CCMP certification is a definite advantage

- Applying change management methodologies to drive results

- Anticipating and overcoming change management barriers

- Influencing and mobilizing action effectively

- Understanding advanced change management applications

- Building relationships across organizational levels

- Analyzing ambiguous situations critically

- Demonstrating attention to precision and organizational skills
