As a Junior SEO Specialist, you will support the SEO team in improving website visibility and search engine rankings. You’ll assist with technical SEO tasks, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking.
- SEO Strategy and Multi-Account Management
- Assist in executing SEO strategies for assigned websites or accounts.
- Help monitor SEO tasks and timelines under the guidance of senior specialists.
- Ensure SEO activities align with project goals and brand standards.
- Technical SEO and Website Optimization
- Support technical audits (e.g., checking broken links, crawl errors).
- Help improve page speed, mobile usability, and structured data setup.
- Coordinate with developers and content teams to implement SEO fixes.
- On-Page SEO and Content Optimization
- Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for multiple websites.
- Ensure content quality meets E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards.
- Implement and manage schema markup to enhance search engine visibility.
- Off-Page SEO and Link Building
- Support link-building efforts through outreach and directory submissions.
- Help track backlinks and identify potential issues.
- Learn how to analyze competitor backlink profiles.
- SEO Analytics and Performance Monitoring
- Monitor basic SEO metrics using Google Search Console and GA4.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards.
- Learn how to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Local SEO and International SEO (if applicable)
- Help update and maintain Google Business Profiles.
- Support location-based keyword research and content updates.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent.
- With at least 1+ years of experience in SEO, with expertise in handling multiple accounts or clients.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).

Must be knowledgeable about the Google Workspace.

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other website and search performance tools.
