Supervisor Electrical Production Installation  

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on the production line.
- Lead technicians and manage manpower allocation to ensure installation activities meet production targets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems during installation and production operations.
- Ensure electrical installations are executed according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Identify electrical issues and provide effective technical solutions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare reports regarding electrical installation progress and issues for management.

Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and systems in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration piping drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of control panels, motors, PLC I/O, sensors, and controllers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stainless steel, metal, heavy industry, or other manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLC, control panels, motors, sensors, and automation is an advantage.
