- The Legal Officer is responsible for overseeing corporate secretarial matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing company agreements.
- This includes organizing and documenting Board and Shareholders meetings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring timely regulatory filings.
- The role also involves monitoring and implementing compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, managing corporate licenses, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
- In addition, the Legal Officer drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements, identifies legal risks, and provides legal advisory support to internal stakeholders to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure sound corporate governance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in corporate legal matters.
- Experience working in or providing legal support for an IT consulting company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.
- Experience handling corporate secretarial duties and regulatory filings.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
