- Draft, review, and manage company legal documents such as cooperation agreements, NDAs, MoUs, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, especially related to cosmetic and manufacturing industries.
- Coordinate with external parties such as government institutions and other institutions/consultants regarding the company legal matters as needed.
- Provide legal opinions and legal analysis related to company operational activities.
- Assist in handling company legal issues, both litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Ensure company compliance with labor regulations, corporate compliance, and business regulations.
- Support legal-related matters for all departments in daily operational activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
- Have minimum 2-3 years experience as Legal Staff, Legal Officer, or related position, preferably in cosmetic, FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing company.
- Have good understanding related to corporate law, business law, contract drafting, and company licensing.
- Familiar with OSS system, NIB, business permits, and government legal compliance.
- Have good knowledge related to BPOM regulation, cosmetic industry regulation, and manufacturing compliance will be an advantage.
