Legal Supervisor  

Overseeing the company's legal affairs and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, contracts, and commercial agreements while providing legal advice to support business operations. Managing corporate legal compliance, handling company licenses and permits, monitoring regulatory developments, and ensuring adherence to relevant legal requirements. The role also includes coordinating litigation and non-litigation matters with external legal counsel, supporting contract negotiations and business initiatives, maintaining corporate legal documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance matters. In addition, the Legal Supervisor is expected to lead and supervise the Legal team, promote continuous process improvements, and support the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

• achelor’s degree in Law.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal preferably in health industries.

• Proven experience in legal drafting, contract review and negotiating various types of commercial agreements and legal documents.

• Experienced in handling corporate legal matters, permits and, regulatory compliance.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English.
