Credit Analyst  

Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit bureau reports, bank statements, and KYC documents to evaluate applicants' creditworthiness, financial health, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses and risk assessments to assess loan applications and ensure informed credit decisions align with the company's risk appetite
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk management strategies by identifying potential risks, recommending mitigation measures, tracking key indicators, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Effectively communicate credit decisions, collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, and provide recommendations to enhance the credit assessment process and tools.
• Maintain detailed records of credit assessments, prepare reports on activities and portfolio performance, and support management with reports and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit assessment models and tools.

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our company FLIN (Maybright Asia Pacific PTE. LTD.) headquartered in Singapore, specializing in unsecured loans for subprime borrowers in the Indonesian Market.

Good To have: Strong background in financial services and knowledge of personal finances, loans, leverage, and financial risk management.

We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Credit Analyst that has a strong understanding of analyzing consumer bureau reports, bank statements, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of applicants, ensuring compliance with company policies, and minimizing risk while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English (Must have)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis in unsecured consumer lending.
• Experience with credit analysis software, tools, and credit scoring models.
• Proficiency in analyzing consumer bureau reports and bank statements.
• Strong understanding of KYC regulations and document verification processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and financial analysis tools.
• A strong personality who likes to build things from scratch, prioritizes learning, and wants to grow sustainably (not hyper-growth) by assuming significant responsibility.
