- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels to achieve user acquisition and business growth objectives.
- Execute end-to-end campaign activities, including campaign setup, media buying, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategy, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, and CAC.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, and Data teams to develop, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns.
- Identify new growth opportunities by evaluating market trends, competitor activities, audience insights, and emerging advertising platforms.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or related fields, with experience managing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar advertising platforms. Experience in media buying and budget planning is a plus.
- Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), AppsFlyer, or similar tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with campaign tracking implementation and conversion measurement is a plus.
