Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Business Development team in coordinating with media order executors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to coordinate project deliverables and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely execution and completion of deliverables.
- Help maintain organized documentation of projects, contracts, and communication records.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to do a 6-months internship in a WFO working arrangement at Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
