- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process guidelines, and other process documentation
- Conduct business process mapping and analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to standardize and optimize business processes across functions
- Ensure business processes and SOPs are properly documented, aligned with company policies, and effectively implemented
- Monitor process implementation and identify areas for continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Coordinate with process owners to facilitate SOP review, updates, socialization, and implementation
- Support process improvement initiatives and prepare reports, analysis, and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Improvement, SOP Development, or related roles
- Proven experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs and business process documentation
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, process improvement, and workflow optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with process mapping tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects or processes effectively
