- Support day-to-day legal activities.
- Assist in managing legal matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain well-organized legal records and monitor the validity of licenses, agreements, and legal permits.
- Prepare documents related to regulatory requirements and corporate governance matters.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for legal matters across internal departments when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Law,
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Staff in a listed company,
- Strong knowledge in legal matters,
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- Possess strong effective communication both internal and external stakeholders.
