- Continuously develop and improve the Japanese language curriculum and teaching materials
- Manage and support Japanese instructors and operational learning staff
- Ensure high-quality program execution, include scheduling and class delivery
- Provide feedback and coaching to teaching teams for continuous improvement
- Teach Japanese language classes from beginner to advanced levels (if needed)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Hold JLPT N2 certification or equivalent, N3 or equals are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in Japanese language programs (experience in a training institution or LPK is a plus)
- Experience studying or working in Japan or working directly with Japanese expatriates will be preferred
- Willing to work hybrid (BSD, Tangerang Area)
