Admin Customer Service  

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School graduate (Diploma or higher education is a plus).
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, or Order Management is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in managing administrative tasks and records.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Comfortable working under deadlines and handling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand customer needs related to packaging and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, sales, finance) to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Communicate proactively with customers on order progress, delivery updates, and any changes.
• Handle order administration, including data entry, invoicing, revisions, and payment follow-ups.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups and customer communication as needed.
• Prepare reports on customer service performance and feedback for improvement.
