IT Project Operations  

As an IT Project Operations Intern at PCMan, you will support the project management team in coordinating and monitoring ongoing IT implementation projects. You will assist in preparing documentation, tracking progress, and maintaining project management tools to ensure the smooth execution of project activities. Working closely with Project Managers and internal teams, you will help manage schedules, follow up on tasks, and support administrative activities related to project operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and process management within a dynamic technology environment.

- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ⁠Interest in project management, IT implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- ⁠Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
- ⁠Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
- ⁠Good communication and organizational skills. Able to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
