Fraud & Forensics Consultant  

Overall Scope of Work:

• As a Forensic & Fraud Investigation Consultant - Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients in confronting the regulatory, legal and commercial challenges as a result of unplanned events. You will be responsible for conducting fraud and forensic investigations. You will collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services, advise clients on security best practices, and enhance their overall security posture.

About the Role:

• Involvement in conducting fraud and other forensic investigations as well as providing litigation support in commercial disputes
• Leveraging your strong technical skills on a variety of Computer Forensics eDiscovery projects to provide clear and concise details of progress and findings
• Forensically obtaining data from computers, servers and mobile devices, ensuring the evidential integrity of the data
• Demonstrating considerable knowledge and analytical abilities through, leading the development of quantitative data analysis and data mining solutions in support of forensic investigations, litigation and/ or in responses to regulatory compliance-related enquiries, emphasizing the development of database driven reports and analyses
• Drafting reports and presentations to explain the findings
• Support Forensics Manager for fraud and forensics projects
• Maintaining an organized workspace and office

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Information Technology/ Systems or Information Security related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting/ advisory work, specifically in areas of digital forensics or law enforcement will be favorably considered
• Preferred relevant industry certifications such as
  • GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE)
  • GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA)
  • Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE)
  • EC-Council Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
  • Other certifications focused on digital forensic investigation
• Strong knowledge and experience in Computer & Mobile Forensics, Electronic discovery, Memory, Network and Application forensics, Network protocols & security, Databases, Programming: Python, Shell scripting, Java, JavaScript, PHP
• Proficiency with industry standard forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, Sleuthkit, UFED.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
