Jr. Content Associate  

About the role

• Join our dynamic team at Remedy Skintech, Inc. as a Jr. Content Associate. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and impactful marketing content that drives our brand's growth and visibility. As part of our Marketing Communications team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to craft compelling stories and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  

What you'll be doing

• Helps conceptualize, develop, and write clear and compelling content for various initiatives, encompassing ads, social media content, emails, blogs, and guides.
• Produces, shoots, and edits content for socials (IG, FB, Tiktok)
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for digital and print marketing materials.
• helps develop and implement a content calendar that balances brand storytelling with promotional content.
• Oversee multi-platform marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
• Uphold consistency across all content elements, including style, fonts, color schemes, images, and tone, in line with Remedy’s brand identity.
• Assist in content-related projects, such as developing content series ideas and coordinating influencer reposts, to elevate Remedy’s brand presence
• Monitor and analyze content performance, report on campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
• A/B test content and campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments, and foster relationships with followers.
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content and campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Create monthly reports using analytics tools and channel insights, and provide regular updates to the Brand Marketing Manager on trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Open to fresh graduates provided with relevant OJT experience in content creation
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different brand voices
• Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Canva, and social media management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and content best practices
