Brand Marketing Officer  

About the role

Remedy Skintech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Brand Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in our Makati City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies that enhance the brand presence and reputation of our premium skincare products.

What you'll be doing

• Helps the Brand Marketing Manager in ideation of marketing strategies to drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement
• Executes approved marketing plans, including messaging, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborates marketing plan roll outs with clinic operations and creative team to ensure success of new product/treatment launches.
• Conducts market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape, translating findings into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Collaborates with clinic operations to develop effective go-to-market strategies that are aligned between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with external partners (advertising agencies, media outlets, etc)
• Tracks the marketing budget (ROAS) and ensures maximization of ROI and marketing impact.
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align plans and campaigns with overall business objectives.
• Monitors marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to Brand Marketing Manager on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
• Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.

• College Graduate: Graduate of Marketing, Commerce, Business Studies/Management, or related
• 3 years of relevant work experience in brand marketing for a mid-premium or premium brand
• Good communication skills
• Experience working for an agency or the beauty/wellness/aesthetic industry is an advantage
