Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.
- Design Concept Creation: Develop and present design ideas, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
- Space Planning: Create efficient and functional layouts that optimize space while reflecting the desired style.
- Material and Product Selection: Research and recommend appropriate materials, furniture, and décor.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing consultation and manage revisions based on client feedback.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with industry trends, materials, and innovations to offer the latest design solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Working Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
- Special Skills : Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and furniture selection.
- Excellent visual and creative design skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
