- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement and achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 12 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
- Proficient in operational principles, SOP implementation, and relevant systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
