Kualifikasi Minimum
- Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focusing on recruitment and/or welfare.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
