The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining both front-end and back-end applications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, troubleshooting and debugging software issues, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. The role involves building scalable and secure systems to support the organization’s projects and initiatives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with min. 2 years experience
- Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, including Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
- Solid knowledge of Software Development, with experience in building and maintaining robust applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage hybrid work environments
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks, as well as Agile methodologies
- Experience in the Human Resources domain or similar industries is a plus
