- Lead the overall HR strategy and transformation roadmap aligned with company objectives and growth.
- Drive organization design, restructuring, workforce planning, and productivity improvement.
- Establish and govern performance management, KPI/OKR, talent management, and succession planning.
- Strengthen leadership capability, organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management.
- Oversee talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and industrial relations.
- Drive HR digitalization and HRIS implementation to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish strong HR governance, policies, SOPs, and employment compliance across the organization.
- Lead, oversee, and evaluate Division Heads and HR teams to ensure accountability and performance.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Management, providing recommendations on organization, people, and workforce decisions.
- Monitor key HR metrics, organizational risks, and transformation progress, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Build a scalable, high-performance organization capable of supporting long-term business growth.
- Lead strategic initiatives and special/ad hoc projects assigned by the Managing Director.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience leading HR and organizational transformation.
- Strong expertise in organization design, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and culture transformation.
- Experience in HR governance, workforce planning, HRIS, and HR digitalization.
- Strong leadership, change management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and industrial relations.
- Experience in multi-entity, distribution, retail, manufacturing, or fast-growing organizations is preferred.
