- Consults and pairs with other departments to determine business requirements, functional requirements and input/output requirements;
- Develops, codes, tests, and debugs web-based applications and web sites;
- Writes and maintains functional and technical specifications;
- Analyzes code for problem resolution and performance optimizations;
- Monitors performance of applications and provides technical support as required;
- Directs, administers and controls the day to day operations and activities of facilities and programs in an assigned area;
- Provides leadership, support and guidance to facility management;
- Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care;
- Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies;
- Practices cost containment strategies, maintaining profitability and growth of area.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 10 years of SDLC experience
- Proficient in MS .Net MVC framework (ASP/VB/C#), web services, HTML, Javascript/JQuery, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Proficient in Relational Database Management Systems (MS SQL Server and Sybase), SQL scripting, stored procedures, and triggers
- Knowledge in Azure development is a plus
- Knowledge in .Net Core is a plus
- Knowledge in TFS is a plus
- Knowledge Waterfall & Agile methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge in CSS frameworks (Bootstrap) is a plus
- Knowledge in web application deployment in IIS is a plus
- Graduate of B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, B.S. Math or any IT-related course
