- Prepare and submit technical job descriptions;
- Source potential candidates on various platforms;
- Conduct initial and in-depth interviews for preparation of comprehensive written evaluation/profile per applicant;
- Recommend qualified applicants to requisitioning department/division heads for interview, assessment and recommendation to Human Resources and Administration Division;
- Monitor status of referred and endorsed applicants;
- Assist in preparing, updating and revising job descriptions;
- Verify pre-employment requirements submitted by the prospective employee/s;
- Assist on the first day onboarding of new hires; and,
- Assist in preparation of reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any IT-related course
- No licensure or certification required
- At least 2 years as Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist
- Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and platforms
- Job Description writing skills
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good decision-making skills
