- Perform analysis, identify trends, and create reporting for internal and external use, including for the Company's Risk Management/Corporate Governance Committee.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management projects and intiatives to drive improvements to key processes and controls.
- Partnering with process owners to identify, assess, monitor, measure, and report on various key risk indicators.
- Support business areas with day-to-day risk/compliance questions in regards to business processes.
- Administer the Top Risks Program, collaborating with risk sponsors and owners on the determination and execution of risk mitigation activities.
- Conduct risk sensing workshops for employees and employ other risk gathering tools.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuary, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Great ability in using Ms. Excel for data analytics & Ms. Power Point for data visualization.
- Fluent in english.
- Having experience in data mining (especially query data in SQL developer), data analysis (R Studio) and data visualization (tableau) are much preffered.
- Good time management & highly driven to learn new things.
