Deskripsi Pekerjaan
a. Responsible for recording employee attendance.
b. Managing HRIS in terms of shifting, time off, employee data, attendance data and other functions, especially those related to payroll.
c. Preparing, calculating and reporting employee salaries along with PPh 21.
d. Responsible for the registration and termination of employee BPJS membership, as well as employee insurance claims.
e. Involved in the development and preparation of employee compensation and benefit schemes.
f. Developing and evaluating procedures related to the payroll process and compensation and benefit schemes.
g. Implementing the process of submitting and paying compensation and benefits.
h. Involved in improving the compensation and benefit system.
i. Involved in the process of paying non-staff salaries when necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field.
- Understand payroll system & salary calculation, THR, PPh 21, BPJS (Health & Employment).
- Familiar with using payroll software (eg Talenta, SAP, Sleekr, etc.).
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (especially payroll formulas).
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Understand employment regulations related to payroll & benefits.
- Communicative and able to work with a team.
