To support our expansion in Southeast Asia, WeGolden is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and grow the market. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring strategic partners, and managing long-term relationships within the industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a Global Internal Auditor to support internal audit activities across local and international entities. This role offers exposure to global operations, cross-border audits, and collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities
• Plan and perform internal audits (financial, operational, compliance, and/or IT) for local and international entities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and regulations
• Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies, and provide practical recommendations
• Communicate audit findings with stakeholders and follow up on remediation actions
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports in English for senior management and global stakeholders
• Participate in special audits, investigations, and advisory projects
• Travel domestically and internationally as required by the audit plan

Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or internal control
(preferably in a multinational environment)
• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and compliance
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Willing to be based in Vietnam onsite for at least one year and travel as required
