To support our expansion in Southeast Asia, WeGolden is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and grow the market. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring strategic partners, and managing long-term relationships within the industry.

Job Description

We are hiring a Community Manager (CM) to scale our Forex operations. This role requires strong industry knowledge and solid IB, trader, and affiliate networks, capable of driving revenue growth.

Responsibility

• Lead market entry and growth for Forex business

• Build, manage, and scale IB networks, master IBs, affiliates, and trader communities

• Develop partnerships with IBs, affiliates, traders, and KOLs

• Drive revenue growth, track KPIs, and monitor overall business performance

• Act as the primary bridge between local market operations and HQ

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Forex, Trading, or Financial Services

• Strong local IB or trader network (mandatory)
