- Assist the implementation team in documenting business process flows and operational procedures.
- Prepare user manuals and documentation for implemented systems and processes.
- Support data migration activities, including organizing and preparing client data for system import.
- Assist in mapping business requirements to system functionality.
- Help design and prepare printable business forms and reports used within the system.
- Work closely with team members to ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with system workflows.
- Participate in implementation projects involving modules such as Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Accounting, and Project Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has strong documentation and writing skills
- Things in a structured and analytical way
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Enjoys learning how businesses operate across different industries
- Is interested in technology and digital transformation
- Is eager to grow into a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant
