Senior Tax Officer  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate, review, and submit monthly and annual tax returns (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes).
• Collect and organize the necessary financial and tax documents, Coordinate with clients to collect required tax data and documentation.
• Calculate the company’s tax liabilities based on the applicable tax regulations. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of the tax calculations, invoices, tax documents, and supporting data before submission.
• Submit the monthly and annual tax returns through the applicable tax reporting system within the required deadlines.
• Make sure that all tax reporting and payments comply with the latest Indonesian tax laws and regulations, while maintaining proper documentation for future reference or potential tax audits.
• This responsibility means that you will assist our clients when they are facing a tax audit, objection, or dispute with the tax authority.
• You will help prepare the required documents, review the tax authority’s findings, analyze the tax issues, prepare explanations or responses, and support the client in preparing an objection if they disagree with the tax assessment.
• You will also need to communicate effectively with the client and coordinate with the relevant parties to make sure the case is handled properly and in accordance with the applicable tax regulations.
• Candidate must be have a Good Leadership to Supervise and review the work of Junior and Middle Tax Officers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a Tax Consulting Firm or Public Accounting Firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus).
• USKP A & B certification is preferred.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
