Project Role description
Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Job Requirements

Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Studio. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to develop and implement solutions for various business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Develop and implement new features in applications
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)

Location: Uptown BGC

Kualifikasi Minimum

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Studio
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in integrating applications with third-party systems
- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financials modules
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio
- This position is based at our Manila office

Must have: Workday Studio experience and certification
