Operations Lead | Urgent  

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth system performance

Oversee and coordinate technical operations teams to maintain high service quality and uptime.

Develop and implement operational processes, best practices, and performance metrics.

Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency.

Support and manage automation initiatives for continuous improvement.

Mentor and guide team members to foster a high-performance operations culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

Proven relevant years of professional experience as an Operations Lead or in a similar leadership role at least 4-5 years.

Strong understanding of IT operations, system performance, and process efficiency.

Hands-on experience with programming or scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or Shell scripting).

Experience working with automation tools, monitoring systems, and incident management platforms.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
