Area G: Professional Services for SaaS

Strategic Partner who can provide professional services for enhancements on key SaaS solutions used by NFC particularly SuccessFactors for Human resource management and Hubspot for Marketing and Customer Relationship management, working closely with existing vendors providing Application maintenance services (AMS), with the potential of taking over AMS in future.

NFC is currently leveraging HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub and custom-built middleware (called Middle Stage) for an integrated, comprehensive marketing automation and CRM software, with the aim to enhance customer experience for the entire enrolment journey, increase customer satisfaction level, improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and sales processes, lead generation and lead conversion rates to achieve overall growth in enrolments.

SuccessFactors

NFC currently uses SuccessFactors as its HR management system to manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to payroll, performance, talent development and management. The system was upgraded from SAP on-premise solution to SuccessFactors which went live in Jan 2023.
