- Manage and oversee all mining permits (IUP, RKAB, Environmental Permits, etc.)
- Ensure completeness, validity, and timely renewal of all licenses
- Establish and maintain effective communication with government authorities at both central and regional levels
- Attend coordination meetings, clarification sessions, and regulatory evaluations
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with applicable mining laws
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, HSE, Operations) for permit-related requirements
- Prepare periodic reports on permit status, progress, and compliance risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the mining industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations
- Experience working with government institutions (central and regional)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
