- Mengelola proyek strategis dan ad-hoc dari manajemen
- Menyusun dan mengelola project plan (timeline, budget, resource)
- Memastikan proyek berjalan tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup, dan sesuai anggaran
- Mengidentifikasi risiko proyek serta menyusun strategi mitigasi
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan sosial/masyarakat di sekitar area proyek
- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan masyarakat lokal dan stakeholder terkait
- Berkoordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah di tingkat daerah maupun pusat
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Hukum, Manajemen, Teknik, atau bidang terkait)
- Pengalaman minimal 8 tahun, diutamakan berpengalaman di perusahaan kawasan industri dan mining
- Memahami regulasi perizinan di Indonesia
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan stakeholder management yang kuat
- Kepemimpinan yang baik serta kemampuan problem solving
- Mengelola project tracking dan reporting (progress, risk, issue log)
- Mengembangkan best practices dan continuous improvement dalam manajemen proyek
