Job Description

Application Process:

For example, if they don’t give me these 3 things then that means they don’t care about me. The video Cannot Exceed 60 seconds, or you will automatically be disqualified. Be honest, don’t give us nice to hear words.

AWT provides Business Process outsourcing services for companies in the US. The industries we are currently servicing are healthcare, food and beverage, health and wellness. We are a relational BPO company instead of the traditional transactional BPO company.

Standard BPO practice is a client seeks BPO for ABC service and the BPO provides the ABC for a fee, and that is the extent of the relationship, transactional. Standard BPOs work with any company as long as they get paid, regardless of who the client is. At AWT, we only work with companies who align with our Core Values. When we work with a client, that client becomes part of our community of trust. Our mission is not to build the biggest BPO company and generate the most revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, Edit Logos
  • Edit short form and long form videos
  • ability to follow instructions on how to edit videos and images for social media
  • edit and create graphics for various projects
  • ability to edit videos quickly to help the team meet their deadlines


Compensation:

  • first 3 months Probation period = base salary of $5 USD/hr for a maximum of 20 hrs/wk
  • we are testing your editing abilities during the first 3 months
  • After the first 3 months, your productions will be evaluated based on our standards of editing. We will rate your productions on a scale of 1 to 5. 5 is your productions are 100% in alignment with our standards of editing. 3 = your productions are 50% in alignment with our standards of editing. 1 = your productions are completely opposite of our standards of editing.
  • a rating of 5 will result in your base salary increasing to $10/hr (note: your production requirement will double at this higher pay)
  • a rating of 3 will result in no increase in base salary
  • a rating of 1 will result in termination of employment
  • Potential for Full-Time after you've proven yourself

Work Hours

  • Part-time 20 hours/wk, in your timezone, but assignments/projects/tasks must be completed & submitted by 5am CST everyday M-F
  • you must meet daily with our CMO 7:30am cst M-F

Minimum Qualifications

Qualfications:

  • Must be highly organized and highly detail oriented
  • must be Humble to learn and execute, via under the direction of our CEO
  • Must have good technical editing skills, this position is not for beginners, you must be great at using various editing apps and software.
  • Must be able to create a minimum of 2 short form videos (60sec) per day
  • must be able to edit 1 long form video (30 min) per day
  • must be able to edit 4 images per day
