Job Responsibilities

• Meet our Team's daily Marketing Deadlines
• Edit short form and long form videos
• ability to follow instructions on how to edit videos and images for social media
• edit and create graphics for various projects
• ability to edit videos quickly to help the team meet their deadlines
• create new logos

Work Schedule:

You have flexibility in regards when to work (20 hours/week), what is not flexible are:

1. Team meetings M-F 8:09am - 8:45am cst
2. deadline for the completion of your tasks is M-F by 6am cst

Character Requirements & Qualifications

• You must truly have a caring heart and truly want to help people improve their health, if you are mainly focused on how much money you can make, we are not the team for you
• You must be organized and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities everyday. If you’re looking to only do one or two tasks per day, we are the wrong team for you.
• You must have a good heart. If you like to gossip behind peoples back, please don’t apply.
• You must value Results over effort. If you like to be paid based on how many tasks you completed or how much responsibilities you have, we are not the team for you. We pay only based on you meeting your key peformance indicators, metrics, quotas
• You must be honest and have integrity. If you are caught lying, you will be immediately terminated.
• You must want to Earn your pay instead of being given a pay that you didn’t earn.

Computer and Internet Requirements:

• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 100 Mbps
• Access to Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet of not less than 10 Mbps
• At least one Power Station Backup > not having power or internet is Not an acceptable reason for not being able to complete your task
• Dual Monitor
• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb ram (AMD processors are not recommended, apple processors are ideal)
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam

Reasons our Team will Not be a good Fit for you:

• If you believe you should be paid because you showed up for work
• If you believe that because you put in the effort you deserve to be paid
• If you are looking to be paid a high base salary
• If you are looking for a guaranteed base salary even if you don’t meet your quotas, KPIs and metrics
• You believe completing tasks (ie. editing videos and images) is a sign of generating results. We define this as effort, Not results.
• You believe you should still be paid the same even though other team members had to step in to help you do your job
