Application Process:

• everybody starts at $6 usd/hr during the first 3 months probation period. The first 3 months we are testing your technical skills.
• After the first 3 months, your productions will be evaluated based on our standards of editing. We will rate your productions on a scale of 1 to 5. 5 is your productions are 100% in alignment with our standards of editing. 3 = your productions are 50% in alignment with our standards of editing. 1 = your productions are completely opposite of our standards of editing.
• a rating of 5 will result in your base salary increasing to $10/hr and you'll qualify to earn quarterly bonuses, giving you the potential to earn a total compensation of $15/hr. (note: at this hourly rate, you will be required to produce 2x more than your first 3 months, more pay means more production requirements)
• a rating of 3 will result in no increase in base salary
• a rating of 1 will result in termination of employment

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage our shopify account to promote our e-commerce business
• Edit long form and short form videos daily for e-commerce and clinic and social media
• create & graphics for clinic projects and e-commerce business (eg t-shirt designs)

Work Schedule:

• Full-time = minimum of 40 hrs/wk.
• Part-time = 20 hrs/wk.
• You have the flexibility to choose your work hours, however, all tasks must be completed & submitted by 5am cst everyday M-F, and you required to attend our morning team huddles from 8:09am-8:45am cst M-F.

Technical Qualifications:

• We do not provide training for technical skills (multimedia editing, shopify) you are expected to already know how to do this
• you must have experience with Shopify and ecommerce sites
• must be able to edit videos & graphics quickly everyday
• must be highly organized as you will need to manage multiple tasks everyday

Character Requirements:

• You must truly have a caring heart and truly want to help people improve their health, if you are mainly focused on how much money you can make, we are not the team for you
• You must be able to follow instructions exactly as written, if you don’t like reading or following instructions, we are not the right team for you
• You must have a good heart. If you like to gossip behind peoples back, please don’t apply.
• You must value Results over effort. If you like to be paid based on how many tasks you completed or how much responsibilities you have, we are not the team for you. We pay ONLY based on you meeting your KPIs, metrics, quotas.
• You must be honest and have integrity. If you are caught lying, you will be immediately terminated.
• You must want to EARN your pay (ie. base salary + bonuses) instead of being given a pay (ie. focused only on base salary) that you didn’t earn.
