Lead Commercial Fulfillment  

• Lead the commercial fulfillment team to achieve the business goals by providing direction, support, and motivation
• Develop and im
• plement strategies to streamline PR to PO processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Perform data analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive strategic initiatives for process improvements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency within the commercial fulfillment team
• Strategize and execute end-to-end improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead socialization and change management efforts related to new processes, tools and features to ensure smooth implementation
• Oversee the daily operations of the commercial fulfilment team, ensuring timely and accurate PR to PO processing
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on the fulfillment process
• Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
• Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient project execution with multiple stakeholders
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and address any issues related to PO fulfillment
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.

Education & Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from reputable universities
• In-depth understanding of business process optimization and continuous improvement principle

• Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy, Operation Excellence or a similar role, with a proven track record in process efficiency and project management
• Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing process optimization strategies
• Preferably has experience in the E-commerce industry
• Proven record in leading a team composed of 2-4 people
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
• Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint
