- Develop and implement QA policies, frameworks, and documentation systems.
- Lead external and internal audits, regulatory inspections, and certifications (e.g., Halal, BPOM).
- Monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) effectiveness.
- Drive QA alignment across production, warehouse, and distribution hubs.
- Train teams and ensure QA knowledge dissemination across functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- D3/S1 Food Technology
- Strong knowledge in Quality Management (ISO, HACCP, GMP)
- 3–5 years experience in QC, ideally at supervisor level or ready for junior manager level
- Proven experience leading and developing a QC/QA team
- Experience handling multiple sites and clear understanding of operational volume
- Preferably from F&B industry with Central Kitchen operations (e.g., Ismaya, Boga); manufacturing background acceptable
- Hands-on experience with BPOM & Halal processes, plus involvement in ISO/HACCP development
- Data-driven, strong analytical mindset
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
