About this Position

This role drives commercial performance by translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies that support growth, profitability, and business OKRs. You will act as a key commercial driver, monitoring business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution. The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic thinking to guide decisions at both SKU and business-unit levels.

Job Description

• Formulate and execute impactful commercial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and attain business objectives.
• Take a proactive lead as the main business driver for commercial business unit, shaping the strategic direction and actively seeking growth opportunities.
• Monitor and take ownerships of OKRs, key business metrics, and profitability indicators, identify and take decisive actions when OKRs are at risk.
• Perform market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges on commercial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in both on a regular and project basis.
• Prepare presentations for performance and management-related reviews, ensuring clear communication of insights and strategic initiatives.
• Support commercial teams in understanding data points, insights, and analysis, providing necessary training to enhance the team's understanding and application of data-driven strategies.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in business analysis, category support, or commercial operations within retail/FMCG/e-commerce/e-groceries/fresh and frozen food
• Analytics Skills: Solid Excel/Google Sheets.
• Retail Fluency: Comfortable with core metrics (margin %, velocity, OOS, Impression, CVR) and basic quality-control concepts for fresh & frozen categories.
• Soft Skills: Structured thinker who enjoys working with numbers, works well in cross-functional teams, and adapts quickly in a fast paced environment.
• Mindset: Growth-oriented, hands-on, and proactive in spotting opportunities and driving small process tweaks to completion.
