About this Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Front End Developer to build and scale mission-critical web applications supporting our Supply Chain Management System (SCMS). In this role, you will work on data-intensive dashboards and internal platforms that directly impact warehouse operations, inventory visibility, and vendor management. If you thrive in building high-performance, scalable systems and are ready to contribute from day one, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications for the SCMS platform and supporting dashboards (Admin Dashboard, Mitra HRIS, Vendor Dashboard).
• Build and enhance data-intensive operational dashboards (inventory, warehouse monitoring, order tracking) with high performance and scalability.
• Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket services to support real-time data and backend communication.
• Implement complex data features such as filtering, sorting, pagination, and bulk export/import.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting in staging and production environments.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and clean architecture principles.
• Collaborate closely with Backend and QA teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and performance.
• Optimize application performance and maintain long-term maintainability within a Next.js ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Front End Developer.
• Proven experience building and maintaining enterprise-level or data-heavy web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js and modern JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of Node.js within modern web application ecosystems.
• Experience using Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket.
• Experience with Playwright.js for automation testing.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalable front-end architecture.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute independently.
