- Work closely with ground on-site operations teams on a daily basis to ensure alignment and smooth operational execution.
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and execution bottlenecks, and drive quick-win improvement initiatives.
- Execute short-term corrective actions and interim solutions ahead of product, system, or process enhancement releases
- Maintain high execution speed, responsiveness, and discipline in supporting daily operations.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between site operations and FIT Leads, Managers, and the Head of Fulfillment Excellence.
- Track execution results, monitor action plans, and escalate systemic or recurring issues with clear data and insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts Warehouse while maintaining strong ownership over assigned operational areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or fulfillment operations.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to deliver added value to internal divisions and all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in communication, cost consciousness, people development, and execution planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas) and Google Slides.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Warehouseen required.
- Experienced in fast-paced operational environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
