Job Description
Primary responsibilities:
- Prioritising and resourcing website design and development tasks across our client base
- Briefing designers and developers and managing their day-to-day workload
- QA reviews of completed design and development tasks
- Receiving design and development feedback from clients and communicating this with the development team
- Communicating with the directors of Astronaut daily via email and video calls, and with clients via email
- Co-ordinating website deployments and releases and creating development / staging / production instances on WP Engine and Shopify
- Updating content on WordPress and Shopify websites
- Working with the directors of Astronaut daily to achieve digital production efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications
This is an important senior role. A candidate with agency experience working with national/international brands would be an ideal fit. We’re looking for 7+ years of experience.
It's important for the Senior Project Manager / Digital Producer to be comfortable using:
- Basecamp
- MarkUp – for marking up development changes required
- Google Sheets, Google Slides & Google Docs
- WordPress & Shopify – for content updates, and also comfortable investigating potential apps and solutions to assist with briefing developers. Specifically for WordPress, we use Advanced Custom Fields and Gravity Forms for every project, so some familiarity with these is essential
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Klaviyo – for email and SMS marketing automation. Some familiarity with Klaviyo would be helpful but is not essential.
