- Bertanggung-jawab atas penanganan perkara secara perdata & pidana
- Mewakili BFI dalam rangka mengajukan Gugatan Perdata dan Permohonan Eksekusi Fidusia serta membuat laporan pidana
- Mewakili BFI dalam beracara di persidangan Pengadilan Negeri (PN), Pengadilan Niaga, Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial, Pengadilan Agama, Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) maupun, Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa (LAPS) Konsumen dan mendampingi PIC BFI dalam panggilan sebagai saksi ataupun Tersangka
- Memantau dan bertanggung-jawab atas penanganan perkara yang berjalan
- Mengajukan permohonan, dan upaya hukum: Keberatan, Banding, Kasasi ataupun Peninjauan Kembali
- Melakukan visit dan/atau somasi
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh cabang BFI Finance
- Telah mengikuti Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat(PKPA) akan menjadi nilai plus
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang hukum
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas luar kota
