- Melakukan pendekatan persuasif dan penagihan konsumen yang memiliki keterlambatan pembayaran >90 hari.
- Melakukan pemberian SP kepada konsumen yang mengalami keterlambatan pembayaran.
- Menjaga hubungan kerja yang baik dengan konsumen dan pihak terkait (ormas, eksternal / professional collector, mata elang, dll).
- Melakukan penarikan barang jaminan konsumen yang bermasalah.
- Penempatan Seluruh Jawa Timur
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D4/S1 dari semua jurusan.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM yang masih berlaku.
- Memiliki sertifikat SPPI.
- BI Checking dalam kondisi clear.
- Berpengalaman di bidang Collection/Finance minimal 1 tahun.
